Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional level of program support and contract execution for clients
  • Oversee style attribution of items to support outfitting programs
  • Support internal taxonomy updates with Operations Team
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with Styling, Image Editing, and Account Management teams to define and meet client requirements
  • Execute image editing tasks and oversee quality and delivery for clients
  • Maintain a level of excellence across process, documentation, organization, requirement-gathering, and delivery
  • Receive, prioritize, and complete client requests within a timely manner and follow through with appropriate team members to communicate next steps
