Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve eligibility and provider ID errors, ensuring compliance with EDI standards
  • Lead onboarding meetings, document important decisions, and keep partners aligned
  • Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency
