As a Client Onboarding Analyst, you will manage the initial setup and billing requirements for new and existing customers, prepare and issue invoices, maintain and manage customer accounts, analyze billing data to identify trends and potential issues, collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth billing processes and address issues, resolve customer billing inquiries and issues, oversee the billing status of accounts by researching and resolving inconsistencies, analyze billing documents for accuracy, create invoices and customize billing, create invoice templates, review the billing process for improvements, ensure proper period cut-off for month-end close procedures, be the point person for billing-related support cases, provide accurate and timely reporting, enter data into electronic systems, and participate in account audits and billing compliance reviews.
