Responsibilities

  • Manage client service calendar (new client onboarding, renewals, compliance updates)
  • Prepare and present executive summaries (claim experience, benchmarking, rate renewals)
  • Prepare client data for marketing efforts
  • Execute Open Enrollment preparation and execution
  • Process and negotiate renewals for all lines of coverage
  • Manage all policy activity aspects of assigned accounts
  • Communicate clear expectations to clients regularly
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues
  • Present risks to the insurance marketplace for quoting, as needed
  • Review existing programs to identify opportunities for additional insurance lines
  • Solicit proposals from the marketplace to suit client needs
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and insurance company partners
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of insurance company partners and their resources
  • Prepare 5500 filings
  • Prepare plan documentation (SPDs, SBCs, Wrap Documents, certificates of insurance, policies)
  • Look for opportunities to improve firm processes and business segment performance
  • Bring issues and discrepancies to appropriate leadership
