Responsibilities
- Manage client service calendar (new client onboarding, renewals, compliance updates)
- Prepare and present executive summaries (claim experience, benchmarking, rate renewals)
- Prepare client data for marketing efforts
- Execute Open Enrollment preparation and execution
- Process and negotiate renewals for all lines of coverage
- Manage all policy activity aspects of assigned accounts
- Communicate clear expectations to clients regularly
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues
- Present risks to the insurance marketplace for quoting, as needed
- Review existing programs to identify opportunities for additional insurance lines
- Solicit proposals from the marketplace to suit client needs
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and insurance company partners
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of insurance company partners and their resources
- Prepare 5500 filings
- Prepare plan documentation (SPDs, SBCs, Wrap Documents, certificates of insurance, policies)
- Look for opportunities to improve firm processes and business segment performance
- Bring issues and discrepancies to appropriate leadership
