Requirements

  • Ability to partner closely with the Head of Client Onboarding & Strategic Implementation
  • Experience in project managing onboarding of new Institutional Client mandates, including Segregated Portfolios, Advisory, and Sub-Advisory mandates
  • Capability to oversee lifecycle events such as Mergers, Liquidations, Closures, and In-Specie Transfers
  • Skills to lead end-to-end implementation of Institutional Client mandates and act as primary point of contact
  • Proficiency in full end-to-end client engagement, coordination, and management until funding
  • Competence in developing and maintaining overall client project plans, including key milestones, timelines, service requirements, documentation (account opening details, product specifications, project plans), control checkpoints, and authorizing mandates prior to launch
  • Ability to understand and translate client requirements into comprehensive operating models and target solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders (Investment, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Technology teams)
  • Experience operating across global business, leading complex onboarding projects, managing lifecycle events, and strategic initiatives (Cayman and ETF platforms)
  • Capacity to contribute to strategic product launches, regulatory readiness, and continuous improvement efforts

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Head of Client Onboarding & Strategic Implementation to project manage onboarding of new Institutional Client mandates (Segregated Portfolios, Advisory, Sub-Advisory) and oversee lifecycle events (Mergers, Liquidations, Closures, In-Specie Transfers)

  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver bespoke operating models tailored to client needs
  • Manage strategic initiatives across Cayman and ETF platforms
  • Contribute to strategic product launches, regulatory readiness, and continuous improvement efforts to drive client satisfaction and business growth
