Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for Aviva Investors operations for new and existing clients
  • Lead the analysis of client, investment, and operational needs
  • Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Investment Operations, and external partners to define and document onboarding plans
  • Coordinate workshops and stakeholder meetings to align objectives and timelines
  • Deliver tailored solutions for investment structures such as segregated mandates and complex pooled opportunities
  • Gather and translate business requirements into operational workflows
  • Ensure all documentation—such as IMAs, reporting templates, and legal agreements—is complete and approved prior to account inception
  • Ensure seamless integration of investment and operational requirements across internal teams, service providers, and client stakeholders
