Job Description

As a Client Executive on the Energy & Utilities team, your primary role is to increase Experian revenue by cultivating relationships with new partners across various mediums. You will consult with C-level decision-makers to understand and diagnose client needs, providing simple answers to complex problems. You will report to Experian's VP of Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Deliver world-class client satisfaction, measured through Net Promoter Scores.
  • Foster innovation to up-sell and cross-sell to new and existing clients.
  • Identify emerging markets and develop tactics to lead new revenue streams.
  • Collaborate effectively and positively influence colleagues.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience.
  • Experience selling to financial services.
  • BS/BA in business or a relative discipline.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Proven experience prioritizing sales opportunities and managing time effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and developing new business, both within an existing book of business and through cold calling.
  • Experience developing relationships and executing cross-sell/up-sell strategies within a client's organization.
  • Knowledge or understanding of Energy and Utilities clients/companies is preferred.
