Corporate background
Adept at senior stakeholder management, both internally and externally
Detail orientated and comfortable multi-tasking to meet tight deadlines
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (assessment will be part of interview process)
Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic
Familiarity with Salesforce desirable but not essential
Responsibilities
Provide direct, practical on the ground support for the Industry Programme Managers who support the leaders of different client industries (Financial Services, Technology & Media, Government & Public Service, Energy & Renewables and Consumer)
Take responsibility for the Engagement Review survey weekly validation exercise within the Client Feedback Programme
Produce high quality PowerPoint slides and collate and present financial metrics
Provide local industry reporting support, including tracking of relevant performance metrics
Support reporting to the wider global firm
Support preparation for industry team meetings
Work closely with partners and directors to encourage participation in the Client Feedback Programme
Provide ongoing support for the maintenance of the client feedback Power BI dashboard
Participate in calls or meetings with senior clients
Provide ad hoc support to other members of the Client Excellence team as required (approx. 10% of time split: 60% Industry Programme Team, 30% Client Feedback)
