Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, and have at least 3 years of experience in client-facing technical roles, ideally within a fintech or API-driven environment. Strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts are essential.
The Client Engineer will be responsible for owning the technical relationship and solution design for assigned Enterprise and Strategic clients and prospects, leading client onboarding and ensuring successful API implementations and integrations. They will proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, provide technical guidance during the pre-sales process, conduct technical workshops, and partner closely with Sales and Account Management on commercial negotiations and strategic client engagements. Additionally, they will contribute to process improvements and documentation to establish scalable client engineering practices and act as a trusted technical resource.
