Requirements

Demonstrated experience in client relationship, dispute, and crisis management, ideally in fintech or crypto
Strong negotiation and communication skills with excellent verbal and written skills for guiding discussions and drafting structured public statements
Analytical and problem-solving abilities by gathering evidence, analyzing case files, and identifying underlying issues or root causes of conflicts
Proficiency in Mandarin required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders

Responsibilities

Manage and resolve high-value dispute cases efficiently and accurately
Conduct dispute assessment, facilitate negotiation, and develop resolution strategies
Oversee incident compensation processes and ensure timely, transparent reporting
Collaborate closely with technology and product teams to conduct postmortem analyses and identify improvement opportunities
Support the development of new feature enhancements and maintain up-to-date public documentation
Handle escalation cases with professionalism and urgency to ensure satisfactory resolution
Work alongside the legal team to manage litigation cases related to client disputes
