  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues swiftly and efficiently, maintaining high standards of service delivery
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis on the S&P Global Data estate and Financial Risk Analytics’ Risk Factor Utility
  • Utilize analytical skills to manage data quality, ensuring accurate and reliable information for end-to-end workflow
  • Investigate and troubleshoot system issues, focusing on data quality and reconciliation
  • Implement proactive measures to identify and resolve potential problems before they impact the Risk as a Service solution
  • Assist in the implementation, testing, and documentation of new features, ensuring they meet rigorous standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide feedback for continuous improvement
