Position Overview

Experian is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our Customer Service team. This role involves managing client requests, resolving complex issues, and ensuring client satisfaction through efficient and accurate support.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service.
  • Advanced English skills.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and respond to requests via SalesForce, email, or internal applications from clients and internal partners, maintaining records of customer activity.
  • Log and document any maintenance performed on client accounts.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex problems related to membership, technical support, billing, account maintenance, data issues, file research, product descriptions, intranet access requests, and security and compliance regulations.
  • Authenticate clients before making any updates to client accounts.
  • Communicate with appropriate internal groups regarding request status, problem resolution, and to obtain necessary information for request completion.
  • Extract information from various databases to prepare routine management reports and conduct client research.
  • Create subcodes and provide basic subcode maintenance requests.
  • Oversee entire support relationships for Premier Client Assignments.
  • Update Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and procedures.
  • Handle client escalations as needed.
  • Remain up-to-date on all Experian procedures relating to FCRA and GLB.
  • Enforce all internal compliance policies.
