  • Manual dexterity to operate office equipment (phones, copiers, binding machines, etc.)
  • Visual acuity sufficient for computer and document work

Responsibilities

  • Deliver 5-star customer service to all employees, guests, and clients
  • Order, stock, and maintain food, beverages, and related supplies
  • Set up and refresh meeting rooms, conference areas, and event spaces
  • Replenish and tidy pantry, kitchen, and barista areas
  • Submit and track work orders as needed for maintenance or service requests
  • Perform light cleaning and workspace organization duties
  • Monitor and restock office and pantry supplies
  • Assist with internal moves or event logistics as needed
  • Maintain the Business Service Center and shared spaces in a neat, orderly fashion
  • Provide reception or mailroom coverage as needed
  • Build positive relationships with colleagues and clients while maintaining professionalism
