Requirements

  • Recent college graduates with no more than one year of professional experience since completing bachelor’s degree
  • Fields of study: Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering
  • Previous internship or co-op experience in production, process engineering, or quality/environmental management environments
  • Participation in international programs, multicultural projects, or student leadership/volunteering
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Design Thinking mindset and data-driven decision-making
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams with minimal supervision

  • Willingness to relocate to different plants (e.g., Escobedo Plant, García Plant, Cienega de Flores Plant)

Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on experience in Production, Quality/Environmental Management, Process Engineering, and Finance/Cost Optimization
  • Participate in strategic rotational assignments across operations and recycling business
  • Collaborate with plant leaders, engineers, and cross-functional teams to drive improvements in efficiency, quality, sustainability, and operational performance
  • Deliver measurable impact through real challenges based on business priorities
  • Engage in developmental opportunities such as roundtable discussions with senior leaders, skill-building workshops, networking events, and community activities
