Naturally friendly personality with a helpful and professional demeanor
Experience at a hotel/front desk preferred (training available for right candidate)
Ability to maintain a friendly, responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable attitude while handling multiple demands and difficult guests
Availability for a flexible workweek, including holidays and weekends (full-time, year-round, 5 days/week with morning 7am-3pm or evening 3pm-11pm shifts)
General computer knowledge and experience with cashier/customer service preferred
Previous use of SMS or other reservations systems is a plus
Timely and reliable attendance essential
English proficiency
Ability to pass background, MVR, or criminal records check if required

Responsibilities

Greet owners/guests
Answer phones
Check owners/guests in/out
Provide information about the resort and the Mad River Valley
Process charges and sell resort products/services
Respond to owner/guest needs
Balance owner/guest accounts
Work with the resort's information systems and different departments
Perform all tasks in a welcoming, professional manner as the primary point of guest service contact
Ensure positive, accurate, prompt, and courteous service while prioritizing guest interests
