Responsibilities

Manage guest arrivals and departures
Schedule various activities including ski lessons, rentals, Sugarbush Health & Recreation Center, and other mountain activities
Secure dinner reservations and babysitters if needed
Fill in as a front desk agent
Assist with Clay Brook events
Help guests take advantage of all that Sugarbush and the Mad River Valley has to offer
Ensure guests feel a sense of belonging and special attachment to Sugarbush
