The role involves scheduling client check-ins, sharing best practices, evaluating client satisfaction, ensuring submissions meet regulatory standards, and staying updated on state agency requirements. Additionally, the analyst will identify opportunities to promote company services, share client feedback for product development, and collaborate with marketing or product teams on outreach efforts.
