Position Overview

Experian is seeking a Benefit Charge Analyst to review, address, and respond to various benefit charge notices in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be able to complete assigned tasks and agency responses independently after training, meet strict agency deadlines, and respond to agency and client requests.

Requirements

  • Prior knowledge of the benefit charge analyst role.
  • High School diploma; some college education preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues and implement solutions.
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Pro, Microsoft Excel (ability to maintain complex spreadsheets), Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word.
