Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
5+ years of experience in site design
Familiarity with municipal zoning and land use ordinances
Familiarity with state, county, and municipal ordinances and standards related to grading, drainage, street improvements, subdivision, and land regulations
Professional Engineer (PE) Certification - Licensed in Wyoming or willing to obtain licensure

Responsibilities

Assist in the design of various projects, including parking lots, access roads, local roads, new subdivisions, and grading around buildings
Design land development projects from concept/study phases through construction
Prepare project specifications, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and project schedules
Client interaction and interdisciplinary communication
Proposal preparation and fee estimating
