Position Overview

Thriveworks is seeking independently licensed clinicians to provide telehealth sessions during evenings and weekends in Wyoming. We are a clinician-founded and clinician-led organization dedicated to transforming mental health care and supporting our team members.

What We’re Looking For

  • Independently licensed clinicians in Wyoming (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist).
  • Must live and be licensed in the state of Wyoming.
  • Providers willing to see 10-15 sessions per week.
  • Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children with support).
  • Clinicians who value autonomy and teamwork.
  • Interest in clinical leadership or supervisory roles.
  • Strong character, integrity, openness, and commitment to quality care.

Compensation

  • Up to $25,200 annually, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

What We Provide

As a W2 employee, you will receive:

  • Guaranteed, bi-weekly pay.
  • Paid orientation and annual pay increases.
