Experience in distribution accounting, sales accounting, and revenue recognition
Knowledge of compliance, accuracy in revenue recognition, and liability accrual
Expertise in finance support operations including customer billing, payment collection, and customer reconciliation
Ability to review business proposals and provide accounting instructions for control and compliance
Understanding of RTM execution and Order to Cash integration from an accounting perspective
Skills in distribution inventory management, FG inventory valuation, physical counts, and issue resolution
Capability to coordinate with supply chain and sales/marketing on inventory management, process improvements, slow-moving inventory, and risk mitigation
Experience in internal control, SOX compliance, quarterly letter of representation, and SOX certification
Proficiency in driving business process changes, control implementation, 302 assessments, RACM reviews, issue tracking, and audit support
Team management skills including monitoring performance, coaching, development, succession planning, and fostering team engagement
Ability to lead ad hoc regional/global tasks, new policy implementation, and process/system efficiency improvements
