A Master's degree in Business Administration and over 5 years of experience within the Healthcare Industry are required. Essential skills include an operator's toolkit (planning/OKRs, program management at scale, decision memos, dashboards, exec-caliber communications), financial fluency (linking strategy to P&L, unit economics, run-rate, headcount, ROI), exceptional written and verbal communication, high judgment and discretion, strong systems thinking and prioritization, change-management experience, and mastery with modern tooling. A bias to action, ownership, positivity, humor, and resilience are also expected.
