Open availability for scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays (rotational and at discretion of leader and operational standards)
Ability to be on-site as required

Responsibilities

Stand up the asset's Engineering structure, including hands-on implementation of all back-end and access systems, programming back of house and storage spaces, establishing a base inventory and timely ordering system, and creation of Maintenance SOPs and Preventative Maintenance plan
Develop and execute building-specific engineering reporting and a skilled and proactive maintenance strategy
Ensure the asset is current on required inspections and licensing
Take full ownership of onsite Engineering operations, collaborating cross-functionally and within onsite property teams to develop and implement best practices for optimizing asset health and aesthetics, work order completion and timeliness, internal turn process to promote occupancy and retention, and overall resident/guest and team member experience
Provide input for operational and CAPEX budget, adhere to the established budget while maintaining expected quality of service and asset maintenance
Manage vendors’ quality of service, compliance with company policies, timely invoice submission and payment
Support talent acquisition efforts for all engineering roles within the Placemakr property
Oversee, support, and train team members on Placemakr’s and property-specific SOPs and programs
Ensure the property maintains a consistently high level of service and meets Placemakr’s brand standards
