Requirements

Candidates must possess a BS or MS degree in Chemical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and 0-2 years of relevant work experience. They must be willing to relocate to different US locations every 12-18 months for the duration of the 3-5 year program and be able to obtain a Transportation Worker’s Identification Card (TWIC). Strong team building, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

As part of the Graduate Rotational Opportunities at Westlake (GROW) program, participants will explore various aspects of the business through rotations in areas such as operations, reliability, capital projects, continuous improvement, process controls, business management, and supply chain & logistics. Responsibilities include working under a mentor, delivering breakthrough solutions, monitoring and improving current processes for cost savings and efficiency, developing leadership skills, and maintaining a strong safety mindset while adding value for customers.
