Minimum 4 years of experience in team management/encadrement
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack

Responsibilities
Encadrer une équipe: organise, distribute, follow, and control team work through field presence and ongoing dialogue
Animate the team daily, coach them, and instill daily motivation in close collaboration with the manager
Ensure training and development of team members and transmit technical and behavioral know-how
Respect and enforce procedures, quality standards (speed, welcome service, information quality), as well as hygiene and safety rules
Manage daily departmental operations (administrative and operational) and adapt them to meet client expectations, making necessary decisions in the manager's absence
Inform and alert in real-time about performance deviations relative to predefined productivity objectives (with Finance, Staffing Planning, and Quality services)
Manage first-level disciplinary actions
Conduct annual performance reviews for team members
