Responsibilities

Pour les projets d'améliorations, de duplication, transfert de capacités et optimisation des coûts manufacturing, bâtir et mettre en œuvre le plan d'actions dès la validation de l'investissement jusqu'au DMS + 3 mois
S'assurer du respect des indicateurs QCD de son projet et s’appuyer sur une équipe pluridisciplinaire pour mener à bien son projet (PE, ME, qualité, méthode, achat, production, supply chain,...)
Rédiger et suivre les appels d’offre pour les nouveaux projets
Rédiger et suivre les dossiers de qualification de l’ensemble des moyens suivant la procédure groupe
Participer à l'établissement des demandes d'investissements (AR)
Respecter les échéances de développement projet ainsi que les jalons clients
Assurer le suivi budgétaire des investissements spécifiques
Supporter les UAP dans la mise en œuvre des modifications
Assurer la communication en interne et en externe (clients/fournisseurs)
Participer à l’évaluation des capacités de production de l’usine
Assurer le reporting et escalader les points critiques au responsable hiérarchique
Assurer le suivi des moyens de production pendant les 3 premiers mois
