Responsibilities

Pilotage Mission Handicap : Assurer le suivi de l'intégration, du maintien dans l'emploi et des aménagements de poste des collaborateurs TH ; coordonner le reporting légal (DOETH) ; soutenir le développement des achats responsables (ESAT/EA) ; contribuer à la campagne pour l'obtention du Label Handicap et Proche Aidant
Développement de l'Insertion : Créer et animer des partenariats durables avec les acteurs clés (écoles, Pôle Emploi, associations) pour structurer des parcours (alternance, stages) pour les publics éloignés de l'emploi ; établir le reporting trimestriel (KPIs) d'insertion
Sensibilisation & Formation : Déployer le plan de communication et de sensibilisation autour des 5 axes D&I établis par Kiabi ; co-animer les formations internes (YOOBIC) ; organiser les temps forts (Semaine du Handicap, DUODAY) en collaboration avec l'équipe RH et Communication
Suivi Stratégique : Définir et analyser les indicateurs de suivi ; proposer des pistes d'amélioration pour atteindre les objectifs de progression
Exécution du plan d'action D&I sous la supervision de la Direction
