The pay range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000.
This is an on-site position requiring availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Candidates need 5+ years of chef experience including 2+ years of management, knowledge of Italian cuisine, excellent communication and leadership skills, and advanced computer skills. A Bachelor’s Degree or culinary arts degree is highly preferred.

The role reports to the Executive Chef, manages a team of Sous Chef Managers, and handles employee hiring, assignment, training, payroll, scheduling, evaluations, and terminations.
