Requirements

  • De formation supérieure type école d'ingénieur en agroalimentaire / Master ou licence en agroalimentaire (Bac+3/+4)
  • Au minimum une première expérience dans le secteur de l'alimentaire
  • Excellente maîtrise d'Excel (TCD, recherches V…)
  • Qualités relationnelles et capacité d'analyse
  • Niveau d'anglais minimum B1 voir B2
  • Rigueur, autonomie et adaptabilité

Responsibilities

  • Assurer le traitement des réclamations produits jusqu'à la réponse client (échelles nationale et internationale)
  • Répondre aux diverses demandes qualité liées aux appels d'offres des marchés publics et des clients Grands Comptes (questions, demandes techniques, enquêtes client, certifications, origines, traçabilité, etc.)
  • Vérifier la conformité des produits par rapport aux cahiers des charges clients Grands Comptes afin d'assurer le référencement de produits spécifiques
  • Participer à l'organisation et la supervision des blocages, retraits et rappels
  • Tenir à jour les fichiers nécessaires aux enquêtes produits et indicateurs service
  • Répondre aux demandes techniques du service export (étiquetages multilingues, traduction de fiches techniques produits)
