Requirements

  • Formation Bac+5 en Rémunérations et avantages (compensation and benefits) ou Contrôle de Gestion Sociale
  • 3 à 5 ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire, idéalement dans un environnement international
  • Rigueur, sens de la confidentialité, capacité d’analyse et esprit de synthèse
  • Capacité à challenger les équipes et à être force de proposition
  • Maîtrise avancée d’Excel (dont macros), Workday et/ou SAP
  • Maîtrise des méthodologies de pesée de postes et d’enquêtes de rémunération (idéalement WTW)
  • Forte appétence pour l’analyse chiffrée, la formulation de recommandations et le travail collaboratif
  • Anglais professionnel souhaité

Responsibilities

  • Participer à la définition de la politique de rémunération (fixe, variable, primes, bonus…)
  • Accompagner et conseiller les équipes RH sur les sujets de rémunération
  • Participer aux pesées de poste
  • Contribuer à la réalisation et à l’actualisation des grilles salariales
  • Participer à la préparation des négociations annuelles obligatoires
  • Mettre en œuvre le déploiement et le suivi des campagnes d’augmentations salariales et de révisions
  • Prendre en charge la campagne annuelle de bonus
  • Administrer les dispositifs d’épargne salariale (intéressement, PEE, etc.)
  • Réaliser des études et benchmarks internes et externes, analyser les pratiques du marché
  • Valoriser et contribuer à la communication autour des dispositifs de rémunération et d’avantages
