Responsibilities
- Assurer le suivi et le recouvrement des impayés sur plusieurs portefeuilles clients
- Contrôler et mettre à jour quotidiennement la situation des comptes clients
- Identifier les litiges et assurer le suivi de leur traitement
- Effectuer les relances écrites et téléphoniques
- Saisir et tenir à jour les informations dans le logiciel de gestion
- Assurer un reporting mensuel pour l’analyse du portefeuille
- Travailler avec le service comptabilité et le service commercial pour les litiges
- Remonter les dossiers complexes aux supérieurs hiérarchiques
