Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in project management or a related field, with 3 to 5 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Bilingualism in French and English (oral and written) is required, along with strong proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Knowledge of consumer product development and experience with Monday.com are assets. A valid driver's license, vehicle for travel in the greater Montreal area, and a valid passport for travel to Canada and the US are also necessary. A PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager will ensure the smooth progression of projects by keeping teams motivated and informed, identifying solutions and resources to optimize project completion within deadlines. This includes managing multi-departmental projects, planning required resources, leading meetings, managing risks and making recommendations, tracking project progress, and contributing to the evolution of project management processes. The role also involves administrative tasks such as invoicing, validating deliverables, and writing reports, participating in change management plans, and developing performance indicators to support decision-making and optimize project quality.
