  • Sell to partners and distributors or through them
  • May include channel sales support and channel development responsibilities
  • Expand knowledge of sales area, product lines, market, sales processes, or customer groups to execute policies/strategies
  • Continuously develop higher levels of knowledge and skills
  • Understand basic key business drivers and use this understanding to complete work
  • Understand how own team's work integrates with other teams and contributes to the field
  • May have some autonomy to make decisions within defined frameworks
  • Resolve issues encountered in prescribed procedures with good business knowledge and judgment
  • Consult more senior team members for issues outside defined instructions/parameters
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal skills
  • Communicate provided design and coordination services to directly related colleagues and business units
  • For customer-facing roles, establish strong customer relationships and act as the interface between customers and GE HealthCare
