Requirements

  • Experience:
    • Experience in a channel sales role with a strong track record of driving partner success.
    • Hunter mentality with a focus on reseller acquisition.
  • Skills & Knowledge:
    • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies for Partner programs, distribution models, and enablement initiatives.
    • A passion for coaching and empowering partner sellers using multiple channels and tools.
    • A solid understanding of UCaaS, full cloud business telephony, and Contact Center technologies.
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to engage confidently with partners and internal stakeholders.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate sales data and market trends into actionable growth strategies.
  • Language:
    • Fluency in German is essential.
    • English proficiency is a strong advantage.
  • Location:
    • Preferably located in West- or Mid-Germany.
