Requirements

  • Significant experience in Supply Chain or R&D including Project Management in a consumer healthcare environment or related area (e.g., CPG, pharmaceutical, etc.)
  • Project & Change Credentials – PMP certification preferred; PROSCI/APMG Change Practitioner desirable, with proven experience
  • Background knowledge or experience of a wide breadth of functions ranging from R&D lab systems/process equipment (analytical/microbiological testing), facility management systems, validation and compliance requirements (beneficial but not essential)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic change and relocation programme to establish a new site and ensure employees, processes, and systems are fully prepared for the transition
  • Work with project lead to develop and execute a comprehensive relocation and change management plan, covering infrastructure, workforce, and operational readiness
  • Design, trial and implement strategies to prepare employees for new ways of working, including training, communications, and engagement activities
  • Advocate for the importance of change management and clearly articulate how change can be implemented effectively
  • Create and support delivery of actions that drive adoption of the change; define success metrics and assess change effectiveness and readiness; review and report on change outcomes and benefits
  • Identify and map key stakeholders, assigning relationships and agreeing engagement approach
  • Work with project lead to identify, document and mitigate risks related to relocation and operational change; maintain robust contingency plans
  • Work with project lead to provide regular updates to steering committees and leadership teams; ensure compliance with programme governance standards

  • Strong partnership with the Functional Leads, instilling and providing competence necessary to take on the most challenging objectives and drive accountability to others
  • Proficiency in driving resolution of team conflicts through skilled negotiation and diplomacy, elevating to accountable functional leaders or SteerCo as necessary
