Requirements

  • Bac+5 (Management, RH, Transformation digitale or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in change management on complex projects, ideally in aeronautics or defense
  • Certifications: Prosci® or equivalent in change management
  • Key skills: Communication and leadership, stakeholder management and influence, knowledge of agile methods and collaborative tools (Jira, Teams)
  • English fluent (indispensable)

Responsibilities

  • Analyse et cadrage: Evaluate organizational and cultural impacts of projects, map stakeholders, and define adoption levers
  • Stratégie de conduite du changement: Define the change strategy in collaboration with project teams, develop the global plan (communication, training, managerial support)
  • Pilotage et mise en œuvre: Deploy change management actions throughout the project lifecycle, monitor adoption indicators, and adjust plans as necessary
  • Engagement des parties prenantes: Animate workshops, training sessions, and targeted communications, rally teams around transformation objectives
