Certifications: Prosci® or equivalent in change management

Responsibilities

Analyse et cadrage: Evaluate organizational and cultural impacts of projects, map stakeholders, and define adoption levers
Stratégie de conduite du changement: Define the change strategy in collaboration with project teams, develop the global plan (communication, training, managerial support)
Pilotage et mise en œuvre: Deploy change management actions throughout the project lifecycle, monitor adoption indicators, and adjust plans as necessary
