Candidates need a High School diploma or GED, one year of route delivery experience or equivalent straight truck driving background, and a valid Commercial Driver’s License Class B (Class A preferred). Drivers must also read and speak English sufficiently, lift up to 100 pounds, and perform physical tasks like bending, twisting, and handling equipment in all weather.
Drivers run daily routes with frequent stops, load/unload product by hand or hand cart (up to 100 pounds), verify deliveries, handle customer interactions and complaints, perform pre/post-trip inspections per DOT rules, and may assist with other duties as assigned.
A strong candidate has one year of route delivery experience, a Class A CDL (preferred over Class B), physical ability to handle heavy lifting and frequent stops, and customer service skills for professional interactions.
