Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master in tourism sector
  • Good understanding of the concierge and travel universe
  • Experience in a travel agency
  • Knowledge of the travel world (airlines, rail companies, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and sense of service (interacting with internal and external contacts)
  • Professional proficiency in English (oral and written) for exchanges with international contacts
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office pack (including Excel)
  • Ease with web tools and ability to handle urgent situations (curiosity for innovative services, quick last-minute bookings)

Responsibilities

  • Recommend and propose tailored services to meet needs
  • Ensure concierge service quality through managing purchases (gifts, catering, contest prizes, materials) and reservations (restaurants, filming locations, seminars)
  • Organize travel for artists, their teams, and employees
  • Advise employees and travelers to optimize trips, meet needs, and comply with company rules
  • Book services via online tools, contractual agency, or direct suppliers (flights, trains, hotels, chauffeurs, event venues)
