Requirements

  • 5+ years in category management or procurement, with a focus on indirect or corporate services
  • Proven track record of developing and executing category strategies that deliver measurable cost savings and service improvements
  • Strong skills in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management (SRM)
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with deep experience in spend analysis
  • Exceptional ability to build relationships, manage expectations, and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Hands-on experience with procure-to-pay (P2P) systems, such as Coupa
  • Onsite in Denver, CO office 5 days/week

Responsibilities

  • Develop sourcing strategies: Create and implement sourcing plans for corporate services, including finance, legal, human resources, and travel
  • Lead the procurement process: Manage the end-to-end cycle for key services, from needs assessment to contract execution
  • Drive cost reduction: Conduct spend analysis and market research to identify savings opportunities and service improvements
  • Manage supplier relationships: Oversee supplier performance, ensure contract compliance, and resolve any issues that arise
  • Partner with stakeholders: Collaborate with internal teams like Finance, Legal, and HR to align procurement with business goals
  • Negotiate contracts: Secure competitive pricing and favorable terms with all corporate service providers
  • Drive continuous improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance and optimize the corporate services procurement function
