Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 3 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s))
  • Strong spend analytics skills, ability to develop business cases, negotiation strategies, present to senior executives and influence change
  • Proven expertise in negotiation, with a strong track record of successfully negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve optimal outcomes for the organization
  • Expertise in developing complex RFx’s and negotiating contracts and statement of works
  • Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills
  • Written and verbal fluency in English
  • Strong technical knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Ability to travel and communicate outside of typical work hours
  • Ability to conduct all activities with the highest degree of integrity

Responsibilities

  • Manage the bidding and contract negotiations for Facilities and MRO CAPEX (Construction and Plant P&E)
  • Define and execute sourcing or category management strategies aligned with business goals
  • Coordinate with global sourcing leads to ensure regional strategies are in line with global strategic vision
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with GRE, AME, manufacturing, engineering, quality, and business teams in region
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide sourcing decisions
  • Drive cost savings, risk mitigation, and sustainability initiatives
  • Lead or support supplier transitions, audits, and performance evaluations
  • Monitor and report on category performance metrics and implement improvements
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality systems, and legal requirements
  • Support regional sourcing initiatives and projects
