Develop and execute the category strategy by managing policies, agreements, source catalogs, and ensuring capacity is in place to meet the organization's requirements
Recognize the potential for cost decreases, inventory reductions, and quality improvement, as well as responsibility for soundness of business proposals and risk assessment
