  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, category management, analytics, shopper insights, and/or strategy
  • Remote-based, residence West of the Mississippi highly preferred
  • Up to 25% travel by car or plane required

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership and Leadership
  • Develop insights to be leveraged by bottler partners in a variety of settings
  • Share impactful messaging capturing latest category trends, analysis, and projections
  • Own analytics and insights communication during internal and external meetings
  • Generate and disseminate weekly/monthly state of the business reporting using syndicated and proprietary insights tools
  • Answer ad hoc business questions using insights tools such as Tableau, Nielsen, Numerator, etc
  • Train bottler sales teams on the use of Category Management tools as needed
  • Category Analytics
  • Proactively and consistently analyze key performance metrics and identify execution gaps, sub-par performance, and category dynamic shifts
  • Lead monthly scorecard process focusing on latest trends and drivers impacting topline performance
  • Incorporate a mix of depletion and scans data for situational analysis and insightful call outs, including recommendations for action
  • Own and evolve reporting tools and platforms for internal teams to leverage as part of analytical process
  • Glean insights and make recommendations to key external stakeholders
