- Partner with division colleagues to ensure customer success and growth with Alcon’s technologies
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external customers, collaborating closely with Clinical Application Specialists
- Develop and present commercial acquisition and discounting models tailored to customer needs
- Demonstrate technical, financial, and strategic proficiency in advanced technology sales and ROI modeling
- Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, technical, clinical, training, and finance teams to ensure long-term customer success
