Requirements

  • Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving common and complex business/technical issues within established policies
  • Manages exempt individual contributors and/or supervisors
  • Has accountability for results of a major program in terms of cost, direction, and people management
  • Provides guidance on process improvements and recommends changes in alignment with business tactics and strategy
  • Plans, manages, and monitors operational/tactical activities of staff (staff work may involve strategic issues)
  • Recruits and supports development of direct staff members
  • Manages and controls activities within a single country or sub-region (part of a larger geographical region)
  • Manages at least 4 employees, typically between 8 and 15 direct reports
  • Typically reports to MG2 or Director

Responsibilities

  • Leads delivery of all high value and in-scope contracted services across service delivery towers, ensuring performance goals and cost commitments are met
  • Works with business partners and vendors to develop, implement, and lead a customer-centric Account Service Team (AST) operational model driving best-in-class TCE and Quality
  • Promotes customer satisfaction through efficient, effective service delivery, proactively managing issues, driving transformation optimization, and managing scope, resources, cost, and coordination
  • Understands the client at local, country, region, and WW levels to analyze delivery requirements, contribute to client’s strategic business plan, and create incremental revenue opportunities
  • Owns the cost expense within the account and actively seeks opportunities to drive down the cost of delivery
  • Manages overall delivery commitments as the single point of delivery accountability, meeting delivery targets, service excellence, and operating within the POR financial model
  • Serves as principal contact for all service operational and tactical issues for the client and company delivery organizations
  • Develops and nurtures excellent client relationships at the executive level, supporting the Client Manager in establishing the customer as a Reference Account and supporting growth opportunities
  • Develops and nurtures senior management or executive-level relationships with the customer
  • Owns customer operational relationship, developing and nurturing it to excellent customer satisfaction
  • Develops strategies and processes with the customer in areas such as performance metrics and measures, escalation changes
