Responsibilities

  • Accountable for flawless execution of Carto activities, non-BAU validation (RRES/Adhoc Projects), data collection queries, and providing accurate, actionable information
  • Improve harmonization and enable better engagement between GDA, GO, Data Science during daily interactions
  • Support the Carto Manager/Leader to eliminate redundancies, duplication of efforts, reduce heavy manual processes, rapidly respond to business demands, and contribute to an optimized end-to-end operations model
  • Participate in regional/global company initiatives as required, from GDA and other functions
  • Investigate data inquiries/challenges with local teams and engage with related stakeholders to identify root cause
  • Accountable for maintenance of the function's specific documentation
  • Regularly monitor and escalate to team leader when non-compliance is experienced
  • Accountable for timely and accurate map creation, coordination with PDE to share changes in codeframe, and delivery of maps to delivery team
  • Analyze "input maps" and make recommendations for action plan, replacements, or other options based on results
  • Execute action plan, monitor execution for local input, and make recommendations to team lead
