Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally within a regulated or similar industry, along with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with compliance or telecom processes and experience working with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and Tableau are also required. The ability to track and report on concurrent streams of work in a fast-moving environment is essential, as is comfort translating tactical delivery into high-level updates for stakeholders.
The Carrier Operations Analyst will own end-to-end project coordination of compliance operations deliverables, acting as a liaison between cross-functional teams including Operations, Legal, Product, Carrier Relations, and Sales. They will manage planning, tracking, and execution of compliance activities across carriers and regions, representing the team in governance forums, maintaining a calendar of regulatory and carrier obligations, and supporting the documentation and tracking of compliance project outcomes. Additionally, they will create reporting automation requests with BI and maintain dashboards in Tableau, build repeatable project frameworks for new regulatory onboarding, monitor compliance workload, support registration and certification workflows, and escalate regulatory or carrier issues with cross-functional impact to leadership.
