- 2+ years of carrier capacity experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Passion for quality customer service
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize time-sensitive issues

Responsibilities
- Run point for team operations management for board management, flame load coverage, and tracking/operational issues
- Partner with Carrier leadership to drive Board Management initiatives across your team
- Lead change management initiatives for the team that improve carrier management and service
- Proactively work towards increasing the business’s prebooking of freight
- Learn Carriers’ capacity to improve load matching and to build a relationship with our carriers
- Develop and maintain strong carrier relationships to secure reliable capacity and competitive rates
- Monitor carrier performance, including on-time service, communication, safety, and compliance
- Focus on maximizing service through improving Late Bounce percentages, tracking the board, AutoTracking mastery, and Carrier Portal adoption
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to resolve Accounts Payable (AP) claims, issues, and ensure compliance with internal policies
