Requirements

  • BA/BS in health care related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management, sales and/or operations in the health care industry (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Ability to be in-office 3 days per week (candidates not within reasonable commuting distance generally not considered unless accommodation granted)

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies and execute plans to identify, target, and ensure clients achieve goals in growth, profitability, retention, and strategic value
  • Sell the CGS value proposition to assigned clients
  • Provide consultative subject matter expert information on the suite of products offered by CGS
  • Work with the CGS Solution Teams to design and implement CGS solutions to seize unique cost savings and quality improvement opportunities for clients
  • Lead client account implementation service to ensure their recognition of value and satisfaction with CGS services
  • Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Understand the issues specific to the client and apply knowledge, insight, and experience into strategic recommendations
  • Understand the business processes that the CGS solutions support
  • Guide sales support messaging and materials and lead account planning and renewal strategy
