This is an on-site position in the Inland Empire; remote work is not available.
Reliability, strong communication skills, experience with hands-on personal care (or desire to learn), passion for working with elderly and disabled individuals, and previous PCA/CNA/caregiving experience are highly preferred. Caregivers must also be empathetic, non-judgmental, able to work independently and as a team member, and handle tasks like personal care assistance, transfers, housekeeping, and companionship.
