Requirements

Candidates must be a current resident of Indiana, possess a High School Diploma or equivalent, have at least one year of administrative support experience, preferably in the healthcare industry, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with community care and well-being resources is required, as is a separate room with a locked door for a home office with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps.

Responsibilities

The Care Management Support Assistant will contribute to the administration of care management by managing shared mailboxes, entering data into work queues, mailing letters/educational material, researching unable to contact members, and completing other administrative functions as assigned. They will provide non-clinical support for the assessment and evaluation of members’ needs, interact with Service Coordinators and Field Care Managers, perform clerical activities including reporting and tracking data, and perform computations. Additionally, the role involves flexibility to adapt to change, strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities, excellent time management, the ability to follow through on tasks, demonstrated collaboration in a virtual environment, and a passion for improving consumer experiences.
